We will exchange/refund at your convenience if it is within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
Note*** For any Return or Exchange we will Request for you (the customer) to ship back our product with instructions from our customer service representative.
We understand that taste is subjective and if a flavor doesn't fit your palette, please allow it to steep an additional few days to a week.
Damaged merchandise must be reported to Rebellion immediately upon receipt of shipment.
In order to expedite a damage claim with the shipping company, please document any shipping damage with detailed photographs showing the damaged shipping box, packing materials, and damaged products.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exceptions to the above are made solely at the discretion of Rebellion CBD Co Discrepancies must be reported to Rebellion within 2 weeks of receiving the package.
